Todos los usuarios autorizados por la Consejer\u00eda de Salud de la Junta de Antaluc\u00eda, como parte del Plan Andaluz de Prescripci\u00f3n de Actividad y Ejercicio F\u00edsico (PAPEF). ACTIVITAL quiere ser un proyecto de futuro para la sociedad, sin fecha de caducidad. Por ello, trabajamos en la generaci\u00f3n de recursos necesarios para su mantenimiento y mejora constante en los a\u00f1os venideros.<\/p>\n

Todo ciudadano procedente del servicio de salud correspondiente con una derivaci\u00f3n a las UAEFs por necesidad de prescripci\u00f3n de ejercicio f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n

En una fase inicial, la plataforma digital orientar\u00e1 su esfuerzo para la prescripci\u00f3n de programas de intervenci\u00f3n especializados a un grupo poblacional de personas mayores fr\u00e1giles y\/o en riesgo de fragilidad o ca\u00eddas incluidas a trav\u00e9s del programa \u201cExamen de Salud de mayores de 65 a\u00f1os\u201d establecido en la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma de Andaluc\u00eda.<\/p>\n

La poblaci\u00f3n diana, en un principio ser\u00e1n personas mayores de 55 a\u00f1os, con fragilidad \u00f3sea, personas con obesidad y sobrepeso, diabetes 2, cardiopat\u00eda leve y dolencias cr\u00f3nicas que tras sus pasos por especialidad ven conveniente el ejercicio.<\/p>\n

Tenemos previsto que en fases posteriores del proyecto se ampl\u00ede a poblaci\u00f3n adulta e incluso j\u00f3venes, Infancia y adolescencia sanos sedentarios y\/o inactivos o con patolog\u00edas espec\u00edficas, tanto en situaciones supervisadas como autoadministradas.<\/p>\n
